It's evident that, respect to the original, our pic has been "cleaned".
Stains in original are extended on most of surface, but they don't cover main areas (like, for example, the face). So, graphically, we can consider this as an "ordinary cleaning" sample. What makes our intervention appreciable is, however, the care dedicated to details' definition. Observing the face in the two following pics, you'll notice an objective improvement in the focus & in the outlines' precision.
