IDEOLOGY:  We reject a work rather than (for eventual lack of time) make it without the right care. To all appearances, we lose clients. In reality, it's easier that lose them who tries to please everyone and (to everyone) supplies a product under the expectation. In case there isn't an urgent need of the product, we invite the "rejected" client to present themselves in future. You can also remain "in list" and be contacted once we're free.

We've included questions to which we should answer negatively

1) What don't you do?
Animations (in Flash) and 3d projects. Because it would be too 'dispersive'; however we don't exclude this extension for the future.

2) What could you concretely do for me?
Pratically everything inherent in graphics: from the visiting card to brochure, passing by the photo editing, web site and so on.

3) Do you supply prints?
We prefer to  consign the files ready to be printed, it will be a client' responsability an eventual printing.

4) Why don't you supply printed files, but only printeable ones?
There are three precise reasons:

( 1st )   In this way we can have international clients, we will simply send you a dvd, or a cd, instead of (for example) a pallet with 20.000 prints. If the file size and your speed connection permit it, we can also sent you material via mail. Easy, free and practically istantaneous.

( 2nd )   For reasons linked to many factors (even enviroment, like humidity), colours in printed can be different from the original file. Not being printers, we can take the responsability of an operation carried out by other people.  Using a metaphor linked to motoring: it would be like ask to a rims' builder to take responsability of the rubber which will be mounted on the wheel. (They are two independent aspects.)

( 3rd )   Normally a graphic firm supplies the complete product (without even caring too much about the final result) making big profits also on the printing.
We give you the opportunity to save money. If your material is intended to be printed, it will be enought going to a printing-works with the cd/file (it may seem unusual to you, but it's ordinary for a printer). In that case we will furnish (included in the price, and already on cd) even a technical accurate description of the file, to make easier the printers' job, and to not make you appear like an unprepared guy which work is underestimatable.

5) Which is the max file size that I can send or receive via mail?
Every mail box, has very high limits. The real limit  is in the web servers, which "filter" (=don't let pass) files bigger than 12Mb.

6) I'm a private, I would like to improve one photo, but I'm afraid I can't afford. Which is a medium cost?
We'd like to answer this basic question, but is quite impossible to make an estimate price. Send us the file. We (for free) will study it to find how many and which elements can be improved.
At that point we will be able to give you an estimate price, and will be you (without any pressure) to decide what to do.

7) I've a particoular pic to improve. Can I rely on you?
It's not clear what you mean with per "particoular", however we've no prejudice on subjects or contents. It's just work. (provided it's NOT illegal material, obiouvsly).

8) Do you improve faces?
Of course we do. For discretion we can't show you samples of photo-editing aiming to beauty. Many people (not necesserarily females) ask of digital lifting, skin cleaning, hair arrange etc etc...
In a context in which beauty is always getting more intrusive (constantly promoted by tv and magazines), it almost inevitable the wish to appear on top, to show our best side.
Pretence?Even if it was? Everyone knows that calendars' models are digitally perfected, and still nobody contest them: beauty is never abboying.
Besides, nobody images one imperfection (in this case it could be a mole / a dit / a scar) where he can't see it.

9) Up to which point can you improve a person?
Great question. We normally don't dare to correct all the defects we identify, we prefer that the client show us which elements modify. It would be embarassing for both parties an heavy photoediting without an explicit request, it would be like to enlist to a guy all his defects. Besides, for professional bias (which  has taken us to a fussy imprecisions research), we'd find many even in smart-looking people.

10) Can you quickly supply a product?
Our workmanship-times are 'on the average' longer than other graphic firms'. We don't "bring out" graphic in serie, commercially. Every project is for us a great (or small) artwork. We're offering you  professional products at low costs, give us at least the necessary time.
IF requested, we can be as fast as a any graphic firm, but even the quality will be as any's.

Middle photo-editing: about 90minutes.
Deep photo-editing: 1 to 6 days.
Basic web-site: about 10 days
Standard web-site: about 3 weeks
A site like "Lader-und-Leder": MONTHS. It may seem excessive, but it's FEW time, considering what you find in it  (flipper, puzzle, well designed interactivities, vectorial (then rasterized) detailed drawnings, triple language, double resolution, buttons etc etc etc )
'Strokes' vectorial drawning: 1 to 5 hours (jet)
'Shapes' vectorial drawning: 1 (girls' faces) to 4 hours (Vespa ads)
'Realistic' vectorial drawning: 2 hours  to 11 days (black Mustang)

11) Are you REALLY cheap?
Our target is, before of all, to become well known beacuse we're convicted to be the best in fields like vectorial and photo-editing (which our skills surpass the expectation created by the small previews). Until we don't consider (us) rather known, our prices will be LOWER than who's offering mediocre products. This gives birth to a fast popularization and (to) a fruitful 'coming to an agreement' which starts from the clients selves.

12) Where is your seat?
One of the way thanks to which we can keep our prices in a low range is to cut the costs considered not bare essentials. A common graphic frm slightly "pump" the price of each product, obteining enought earnings to cover the enormous costs (operators, terminals, photocopy machines & printers, high consumption spotlights, eventual leasings etc etc ). Our office is wherever there's a computer and this considerably reduce our steady expenses.
Many people had bad experiences (think at the telephonic insurances..) treating with persons which they "don't see", we feel bound to put in evidence the following points:
In case of insurances, you BEFORE pay, (then) MAYBE will be in need of their service.
In our case, we before work for you, then we show you the previews and an accurate description about all we did, INFINE you pay and we give you the finish-layouts.
We aren't in the position to "get the money and disappear", beacuse at the moment of your payment we've already produced for you.
Someone could object: "Who grant me that you send me the material?"
Simply the fact that we would have no gain in "not sending", we would only besmirch our mark, in antithesis with our aim. Moreover the product realized fot YOU (with your pics, your logo, your texts etc) would have no commercial value for another client.

13) Could we meet each other?
We prefer to mantain an on-line relation, we selves consider this a great limit to you, so we undertake to be constant and frequent in contacts, even if virtual.
The internet connection involuntarily represents , as well as a great resource, a distraction source, so we connect to read mails only twice a day. You will receive the answer to your question  within 24 hours.

I've not find an answer to my question, may I contact you?

Of course, what are you waitin' for?
send us an e-mail,
openly, without insist on a strict observance of forms :)
